We are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors established in 2008, and we offer residential and commercial surveying services within London and the Home Counties. We are regulated by the governing body for surveyors, RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and are registered with ALEP (Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners) so you are safe in the knowledge you will be given excellent professional advice and a consistent high level of service, integrity and transparency.

Andy has taken an interest in property from a young age. From then, he decided to embark on a career in property and following a successful training program at a firm of West End property consultants where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2007.
Andy has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in both the residential and commercial property sector and since working in several well-established West End property consultancy firms, he subsequently set up his own practice.
He is a member of the RICS and is a RICS Registered Valuer.
Specialisation
He specialises in leasehold enfranchisement, valuations, management of commercial and residential blocks and lease advisory.
Experience
He has acted on behalf of clients for professional services including leasehold enfranchisement cases, rent reviews and lease renewals and as an expert in Third Party proceedings, as well valuations of both commercial and residential property.
He has managed property for a variety of clients, ranging from charities to property companies, corporations and private individuals.
